This is my personal journal, where I usually post pictures of what I've been doing, crafts I've made, gifts I've received, new purchases, photographs I've taken, food I've cooked or eaten, trips I've made/am planning to make and general stuff I find interesting. I'm always up for new friends, so if you think we may have interests or tastes in common, feel free to reply here!

Já estou em Barcelona e parece-me que, nos próximos tempos, as actualizações aqui no LJ vão escassear :-) Assim sendo, podem continuar a acompanhar-me aqui para ver fotos e aqui para relatos mais promenorizados da minha estadia por estes lados! One of my favorite restaurants in Barcelona is called Kirin and serves a buffet of japanese food that passes next to the tables and you can serve yourself as many times you want for the same price.

I arrived today from Barcelona and all I can say is that I can't wait to move there definitely in September because it is such a wonderful city :-) You can see some of the photos I took over here!

| IKEA shopping |

This weekend my parents went to an IKEA shop and brought me these that I had asked for:
- A laptop backpack that can be separated and turn into 2 backpacks, actually: one just for the computer + a book or something small and another for heavier books, notebooks etc... if I need to carry everything, I close the zippers and make it into one again;
- A trolley suitcase that can be fold into a rectangle and has the exact dimensions for cabin luggage that low-cost companies allow in;
These will be my parents' birthday gifts (even though my birthday is only in mid August, but we don't have an IKEA shop in our city so we don't go there too often) for me to use in Barcelona. These will be my basic items to travel with :-) |

| Shop closed! |

After being almost 1 year and a half open, today I've closed my Etsy shop, thanks to taillow, who bought my last item :-) It was an amazing experience for me to maintain a shop that I created having little or no experience at all with the sales business and having only started crafting 6 months before.
I got to travel to some places and buy some things thanks to the purchases you've made there, as well as saving money for this new adventure yet to come: Barcelona.
I've also met a lot of artists that I admire so much during this period of time and got the chance to participate in such great trades.
So, thank you all who supported this hobby of mine and be sure I appreciate every dear costumer I had and that you really made a change in a girl's life by allowing me to do many different things I wouldn't be able to do if I hadn't created my shop :-) |
